- The following General Terms & Conditions apply to all Sara Agro Foods offers and transactions. Prices are subject to change without notice at any moment.
- By accepting an offer or placing an order, the consumer fully recognizes the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
- Deviations from the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are only permissible if confirmed in writing by management.
- All rights and entitlements granted to Sara Agro Foods in these General Terms and Conditions and any subsequent agreements will be extended to intermediaries and other third parties used by Sara Agro Foods.
- QUALITY
- Sara Agro Foods, Retail Company assures that all items sold to fulfil the concept's requirements.
- If there are any problems, management must be notified right away. Appropriate measures will be implemented as soon as practicable.
- PRICES/OFFERS
- Sara Agro's offers are without obligation, and Sara Agro Foods expressly reserves the right to adjust pricing, particularly if this is required by statute or other laws.
- Tax is included in all pricing.
- Promotional prices may apply in some circumstances. These rates are only good for a limited time while supplies last. There is no right to these prices before or after the specified period.
- Sara Agro Foods cannot be held liable for any inaccurate pricing indications, such as those caused by evident typographical or printing mistakes. There are no rights that may be obtained from erroneous pricing information.
- CANCELLATIONS
- Sara Agro Foods has the right to cancel or reschedule the date of an event. If this occurs, Sara Agro will make every effort to find an acceptable solution. If an event is cancelled or postponed, Sara Agro will do everything necessary to notify you as soon as possible. However, Sara Agro cannot guarantee that any modification or cancellation of an event will be communicated to you promptly, nor can it be held liable for refunds, compensation, or any subsequent costs you may incur, such as travel, lodging, and/or any other connected products or services.
- Always double-check that you have reserved the proper (number of) order before finalizing your reservation. Refunds are not given for incorrectly ordered (numbers of) products.
- All sales are final. Dinner cruise tickets purchased here cannot be returned for refunds of any kind; similarly, group reservations paid for on the website cannot be cancelled by the purchaser, and refunds claimed for any reason.
- PAYMENTS
- GST is included in all pricing.
- We accept cash, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as payment methods.
- You will not get confirmation of your final reservation until your payment is authorized.
