Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND/RETURN POLICY:

We offer the following services to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. If you have any queries about the Return & Refund Policy, please contact us by email id or mobile number, mentioned in contact us page. After your purchase has been verified, we may begin preparing your order right away. Once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant, we are unable to accept cancellations.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION:

If Buyer cancels his/her Order after one minute of placing it, Sara Agro Foods shall have a right to collect a penalty of 100% of the Order amount for breach of contract terms as compensation for the damages suffered by Sara Agro Foods, with a right to either not to refund the Order value in case Buyer’s Order is prepaid or recover from the Buyer’s subsequent Order in case his/her Order is post-paid, to compensate the Merchants and PDPs. In general, the Buyer will not be able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Only one minute after placing an Order, the Buyer has the option to cancel it. However, Sara Agro Foods reserves the right, based on Buyer's previous cancellation history, to deny any refund to Buyer in response to a cancellation initiated by Buyer, even if the cancellation is initiated within one minute and followed by account suspension, as may be necessary for Sara Agro's sole discretion.

If the Buyer cancels his/her Order within one minute of placing it, Sara Agro shall have the right to collect a penalty of 100% of the Order amount as compensation for the damages suffered by Sara Agro, with the right to either not refund the Order value if the Buyer's Order is prepaid or recover from the Buyer's subsequent Order if his/her Order is post-paid, to compensate the Merchants and PDPs.

NON-CUSTOMER CANCELLATION:

  • Sara Agro Foods reserves the right to collect a penalty for Orders that are forced to be cancelled by Sara Agro Foods for reasons that are not attributable to Sara Agro, including but not limited to:
  • failure to notify Buyer by phone or email at the time of Order booking delivery;
  • failure to deliver Buyer Order due to a lack of information, direction, or authorization from Buyer at the time of delivering the Order booking;
  • failure to deliver Buyer Order due to a lack of information, direction, or authorization from Buyer at the time, or

At the time of booking the Order, all of the products bought by the Buyer were unavailable. In the odd event that an item in an Order becomes unavailable, Sara Agro will contact the Buyer through the phone number supplied to us at the time of placing the Order to notify the Buyer of such unavailability. In such a scenario, the Buyer has the right to cancel the whole Order and get a refund of up to 100 percent of the Order value. Sara Agro shall not collect any penalty from the Buyer in the event of cancellations for causes attributable to Sara Agro, the Merchant, or the PDP.
